Dr. Mohammad Bawany
Dr. Mohammad Bawany has spent most of his life in Florida, growing up in Deerfield Beach before attending the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in anthropology. He continued his education at the University of South Florida, earning a master’s in biomedical science, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University in South Jordan, Utah. After beginning his career in Ormond Beach, Dr. Bawany chose to make Tampa his home and the foundation for Tampa Smile Co.
His path to dentistry was shaped by years as a dental patient himself, giving him a deep understanding of what patients experience in the chair. That empathy drives his mission to deliver world-class care in a welcoming, modern environment where every patient feels heard and valued. He believes in creating smiles that combine function and beauty—improving confidence and overall quality of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Bawany enjoys spending time with his wife, Madeleine, and their two rescue dogs, Arnie and Sami. A self-proclaimed foodie, he loves exploring Tampa’s diverse culinary scene and discovering new favorite spots with his family.
Dr. Adam Nastars
Originally from Austin, TX, Dr. Adam Nastars earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s in biomedical sciences from the University of Northern Colorado. He later attended LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL, where his commitment to comprehensive patient care took shape.
Dr. Nastars believes in treating every patient the way he would want to be treated—with honesty, respect, and a focus on comfort. He strives to create a calm, welcoming experience while helping patients achieve lasting oral health. Passionate about innovation, he regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest technology and treatment techniques.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Nastars enjoys spending time with his dog, Zeus. He loves swimming, biking, and running around Tampa, as well as trying out new local restaurants and attractions.
