Dentist Near Angeline

Convenient Access from Angeline

You have the keys to a new house, the kids have new schools, and somewhere on the moving list sits one more item: find a dentist. Tampa Smile Co. is a dentist near Angeline that many new households put on that list, because our Land O' Lakes office is only about 14 minutes away. Most of the trip is one straight run down the Suncoast Parkway, so the first visit feels close even when the neighborhood still feels new.

Starting at Angeline Academy of Innovation on Angeline School Way, turn onto Ridge Road (CR 524) and head east to the Suncoast Parkway interchange. Take the parkway south, which is a toll road (SR 589), and exit at SR 54. Head east on SR 54 for a short stretch, then turn onto Bexley Village Drive. Door to door, the drive is about 8.7 miles.

That final turn puts you at The Hub at Bexley, an open-air retail center where our office sits at 16992 Focus Lp, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638. You can pull up directions to our office on your phone before you leave. Across SR 54 you will spot the NorthPointe Village clock tower and restaurants, a handy marker for the exit. We also see patients from Connerton and Concord Station, two other communities on this side of the county.

Starting Fresh: A Dental Home for New Angeline Households

Angeline is a newer master-planned community off Ridge Road, still filling in as homes are finished. That means almost every family there is new at the same time. Nobody has a long-standing neighborhood dentist to recommend yet, and most people are starting from zero.

Starting fresh has an upside. You can pick an office that fits the whole household now rather than inheriting one that fit your old zip code. We see adults and kids under one roof, keep one chart per person, so a single office holds everyone's records.

Our weekday hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday and 9 AM to 3 PM on Friday. On select Saturdays we open from 9 AM to 2 PM, and we close Sundays. When you arrive, there is a coffee and water station in the lobby, which helps on a morning when the boxes are still not unpacked.

The area around the Ridge Road interchange is changing quickly, too. Moffitt Cancer Center has planned a large campus near where Ridge Road meets the Suncoast Parkway, and the Ridge Road extension was built to carry more traffic between Moon Lake Road and the parkway. For now, that same interchange is your on-ramp to us. Once you know the exit at SR 54, the route becomes second nature after one or two visits.

Inside the office, each patient is seen in a private operatory with a TV on the wall and a blanket if the room feels cool. Those small touches matter for a child who has never met this dentist before. They also help adults who have put off a visit during a busy move and feel a little uneasy about what the exam will find.

What Parents in a New Community Should Know About Kids' Teeth

School anchors daily life in this community. Angeline Academy of Innovation, a Pasco County public STEM magnet for grades 6 through 12, opened in August 2023 with pathways in cybersecurity, bio-design, engineering and robotics, and entrepreneurship. You can read more on the school's official website. A private K-5 school, Angeline Country Day, opened in August 2025.

Middle and high school years bring their own dental questions. Adult molars finish coming in, braces or aligners come up in conversation and sports raise the odds of a chipped tooth. A regular checkup every six months gives the dentist a chance to track those changes before they become bigger repairs.

A move also tends to break the routine. Records stay behind with the old dentist, and a cleaning that was due in spring slides into fall. If that sounds familiar, our $39 new-patient exam and x-ray covers a full exam, standard x-rays and treatment recommendations so you know exactly where everyone stands.

For x-rays, we use a KaVo handheld unit along with digital imaging, which uses less radiation than traditional film. Parents get a clear picture on the screen to look at together with the dentist.

Family Care From Your Dentist Near Angeline

  • Preventative Dentistry

Cleanings, exams and x-rays are where a new family's care begins. Getting everyone on a shared six-month cycle keeps visits simple to plan around school and work.

  • Emergency Dentistry

Teen athletes and active younger kids sometimes chip or crack a tooth. Call us during office hours and we will do our best to see you quickly and calm things down.

  • Invisalign®

Clear aligners are a popular option for middle and high school students who want to straighten their teeth without brackets. The first Invisalign consultation at our office is free.

  • Restorative Dentistry

When a cavity shows up, tooth-colored composite fillings repair it without a silver spot. Crowns and bridges handle larger damage for parents and grandparents too.

  • Tooth Extractions

Sometimes a tooth is too damaged to save. Our dentists talk through the reasons first and remove it with as much comfort as possible when that is the right call.

Insurance & Financing

Many PPO plans are in network here, Aetna, Guardian and Humana among them. If a treatment plan runs larger than expected, Cherry and Proceed Finance can split the cost into monthly payments. Frequently Asked Questions

How far is Tampa Smile Co. from Angeline, and how do I get there?

Plan on roughly 14 minutes for the 8.7-mile trip from Angeline Academy of Innovation. Ridge Road takes you east to the Suncoast Parkway, which runs south to SR 54, and Bexley Village Drive is a short distance east of the exit. That straight shot is why so many families choose us as their dentist near Angeline.

Can my teen have wisdom teeth removed during a school break?

Often, yes, when the teeth are suited to removal in our office. The process starts with an exam and x-rays, and CBCT 3D imaging can show how close the roots sit to nerves. Planning around spring or winter break gives a few quiet days to rest and eat soft foods while the area heals.

Should new Angeline families transfer dental records from their old dentist?

Yes, it helps. Your previous dentist can usually email recent x-rays and treatment notes once you sign a release. Records show past work and can spare you repeat x-rays. If records are hard to get after a move to Angeline, new patients can simply start fresh with the $39 Exam & X-Ray, which ends with clear treatment recommendations.

Is there an emergency room close to the office for serious sports injuries?

Yes, AdventHealth Central Pasco Emergency Care sits right next to The Hub at Bexley, steps from our door. That matters for head or face injuries that need hospital care first. For a chipped or broken tooth without other injuries, call our office during business hours so a dentist can examine it promptly.

How do new Angeline families get started without insurance?

Most uninsured families start with our $99 cleaning, exam and x-ray offer for new patients, which applies when there is no periodontal (gum) disease. After that, a membership plan covers routine care for the year. The Child Wellness plan for kids 13 and younger is $160, and the adult plan is $249.
