Dr. Mohammad Bawany has spent most of his life in Florida, Growing up in Deerfield Beach then attending school at the University of Florida where he received his bachelor’s in anthropology and University of South Florida where he received his master’s in biomedical science. Dr. Bawany has also spent time working in Ormond Beach where he first began practicing after graduating from dental school at Roseman University in South Jordan, Utah. Throughout his life Dr. Bawany has had the opportunity to explore all that Florida has to offer and decided that there is nowhere else he would rather practice and settle down than the wonderful city of Tampa Bay.
Dr. Bawany’s path to dentistry has come from a long history of spending time in the dental chair himself. He often jokes with his patients that he got tired of spending so much time in the dental chair that he decided to become a dentist so he could see what I was like on the other side. Throughout his visits with the dentist, Dr. Bawany learned to appreciate what an impact a dentist can have on their patients. His time as a patient has also allowed him to understand what his patients feel and go through. This empathy and compassion has been the seed for the vision he had when he was first dreaming about Tampa Smile Co.
Dr. Bawany strives to provide patients with world class care in a modern, updated and engaging environment where patients can feel comfortable discussing their insecurities with their smile and discuss their need for treatment. Dr. Bawany has developed a core philosophy of function and aesthetic because has seen how life changing it can be to give someone the smile of their dreams. Dr. Bawany is committed to developing strong relationships with his patients and making an impact in their lives and the community one smile at a time.
When he is not in the office Dr. Bawany loves to spend time with his wife Madeleine and their two rescue dogs Arnie and Sami. Dr. Bawany and his wife are self proclaimed foodies and will go to any lengths to get a great meal. They often will spend weekends exploring Tampa’s culinary scene and taking in all that the wonderful city of Tampa has to offer.
Dr. Natalie Bentivegna was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where she graduated from Plant High School and went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in biology at Florida State University.
Dr. Bentivegna received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry, and after some time spent practicing around the Tampa Bay area, she is thrilled to be back where she grew up, right here in South Tampa.
Dr. Bentivegna is a general dentist who strives to deliver a personalized treatment approach to each patient using advanced technology in order to provide the highest quality of dental care. Her main goal is to ensure that each and every patient feels comfortable from the initial visit to the final result, and to continue to build an even stronger relationship with her community through patient-centered care. Dr. Bentivegna is committed to making a positive difference in the life of each patient by combining function, aesthetics, and compassion that will result in a healthy, beautiful smile!
Outside of the office, Dr. Bentivegna loves to spend time with her fiancé, Patrick, her goldendoodle, Luca, and of course her family and friends. She enjoys her time at the gym and loves to explore all of the new and improved establishments that Tampa has to offer!

Dr. Adam was born and raised in Austin, TX. From there on he went to Colorado to receive his bachelor's degree in neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder followed by a master's in biomedical sciences at the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Nastars then moved to south Florida to attend LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL and has been here ever since.
Dr. Adam Nastars is a general dentist who prides himself on providing patients with the highest quality of care and making patients feel at ease from the very first time they walk through the door. His philosophy is to treat patients the way he would want to be treated. Dr. Nastars is committed to comprehensive patient care to make a truly lasting impact for every patient. Dr. Nastars is passionate about using innovative technology and staying at the forefront of advances in treatment through continuing education.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Nastars spends his time with his dog Zeus. Dr. Nastars enjoys swimming, biking, and running around Tampa in his free time. He also enjoys trying out all the food and attractions that Tampa and Florida have to offer!
Dr. Adam Gray was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. After high school, he went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree in biology at Florida State University.
Dr. Gray then moved to Boston, where he received his DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After some time practicing dentistry in the Greater Boston area, he decided it was time to move home to be closer to his family.
From his early years, he nurtured a passion for dentistry that propelled him towards higher learning and specialized training. This dedication to ongoing education has provided him with valuable exposure to surgical and cosmetic dentistry. Patients can confidently rely on Dr. Gray's expertise as he artfully combines his skillful touch and artistic vision to create smiles that seamlessly blend beauty and function.
At the core of Dr. Gray's practice philosophy lies empathy and communication. Building on trust and open dialogue, he ensures that every patient’s concerns, goals and individual needs are met. Upholding exceptional standards, he tailors each experience, leaving a positive impact on his patients and the community, one smile at a time.
In his spare time, Dr. Gray keeps an active pace. You’ll find him hitting the gym, playing a round of golf, or playing tennis. He also loves the beach and enjoys spending time on the water. When game day comes around, Dr. Gray is all about cheering for his hometown favorites, the Bucs and the Lightning.

Our expansive office has the feeling of a modern home, with spacious, private operatories so you can receive your care in peace. We’ve got TVs in every operatory as well, so you can sit back under a comfy blanket and watch your favorite show during your treatment. We even have a beverage station so you can sip on a fresh coffee while you wait!
Dentistry is an ever-advancing field, and every new innovation helps us provide better treatment for our patients. Especially useful are advancements in imaging technology, like our iTero digital scanner, Kavo handheld x-ray unit, and CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) scanner. Although they are all imaging systems, they all serve their own purpose and allow us to get a complete picture of your oral health, helping us make better diagnoses and provide more efficient service for our patients.
